| { Claudia Wolf } We don't know to much about her other than she is after Heather. She is a strange woman who spouts even stranger biblical prophecies about a 'paradise'. She seems to be the only one who knows what's happening to Heather. Believed to have ties to the cult from the original Silent Hill. |
| { Douglas Crevant } A strange older man who is shown talking with Heather in a car. It seems that his name is Douglas as he introduces himself to Heather. This detective seems to know about Heathers birth... but what would be so important about her birth... |
